By accessing or using Soulene Sports ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Soulene Sports is a self-guided mental wellness platform designed for athletes. The Platform provides guided meditation, breathwork, visualization practices, journaling tools, mood check-ins, and wellness self-assessments.
Important: Soulene Sports is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or counselling.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Soulene Sports. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- ✦ Attempt to access another user's data or account
- ✦ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- ✦ Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
- ✦ Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content from the Platform
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Soulene Sports — including guided practices, assessments, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Soulene or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your personal data (journal entries, check-in data, assessment responses) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your personal content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Soulene Sports is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulene Sports and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes in advance.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
